Next came the establishment of Universal Food Company, bringing in restaurant and dining concepts and head franchises from Lebanon and other countries. The experience of working with international contacts appealed to the young business- man and he went on to set up Dimensions Real Estate Company in Lebanon to undertake luxury residential development projects on prime building sites by forming collaborations between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. The model was a success and he soon duplicated it in Bahrain through the Musahamat Real Estate Company.
